Turning eBay listing into a
scalable operation
Stock that moves faster. Performance data your team can actually use. Capture by Superlister doesn't replace your team. It makes everything they do go further.
An end-to-end listing operation. Not just a tool
Every feature was built because we hit the problem ourselves. From the first photo to a live eBay listing, and everything that happens in between.
Photos in. Live listings out
Photograph items on your phone, a connected camera, or upload in bulk. Photos move directly into the listing workflow. No Drive folders, no desktop transfers. One workflow from the moment you pick up the item.
An agent that asks. Not AI that guesses
Most AI listing tools make things up when they're uncertain. Ours asks. The agent analyses every image, identifies what it doesn't know, and asks a targeted question before it generates. The result is a listing that's accurate, not just fast.
Nothing goes live without sign-off
Every listing goes through Quality Control before it touches eBay. Reviewers approve, reject, or request specific changes with comments. Your standards are enforced at every item, every time, regardless of volume.
Same team. 250+ listings a day
Bulk create lets your team photograph a full session, assign images to captures, set fields per item, and process everything in one go. The manual ceiling on daily output disappears. The team doesn't grow. The output does.
The rest of the platform that makes it all work
Beyond the core listing workflow, the platform has everything your operation needs to stay organized, accurate, and fast at any scale.
Complete listings. Every time
SEO-optimised title, rich HTML description, category, condition, and every item specific. Matched to your writing style and preferences. Nothing fabricated.
No more chaotic post days
Set the schedule. Spread across days, specific times, weekly patterns. Listings go live when you decide, not when your team has bandwidth.
Every item. Every box. Every shelf
Containers track items to physical locations. SKU lookup tells you where something is in seconds. Your team isn't digging through stock.
Scan it. Don't type it
Barcode scanner across desktop, mobile, and tablet. No mistyped SKUs. Scan to find, check in, or log through the workflow.
Fields that match your operation
Custom fields for Box ID, purchase price, source, lot number. Required or optional. Auto-populated from SKU patterns. The platform adapts to you.
Orders and messages. In one place
eBay orders sync and link back to captures. Buyer messages do the same. Search, filter, reply, and track without switching tabs.
Manage your team on data
Track listing output by person, by day, by week. Know where your operation is performing and where it isn't, before it becomes a problem.
How it works. A complete listing operation
Capture
Photograph items on any device. Phone, connected camera, or desktop upload. Scan or enter a SKU or item ID. Add generation guidance and custom fields like Box ID. Single items or entire bulk sessions at once.
Generate
The AI agent analyses every image, not just the first one. When it's uncertain about a detail, it asks a targeted question before generating. The result is a complete eBay listing. Title, description, category, condition, and item specifics. Accurate, not assumed.
Review
Every listing enters a Quality Control queue before it goes anywhere near eBay. Approve it, request specific changes with comments, or reject it. Nothing gets submitted without sign-off. Your standards enforced at every item, every volume.
Publish
Batch approved listings, set your schedule. Spread across days, specific times, or weekly patterns. Apply policies and submit directly to eBay. Control exactly what goes live and when, without your team being tied to a post day.
Manage
Orders sync automatically and link back to their original captures. Buyer messages surface in one place. Search, filter, and reply without switching tabs. Track listing output by person, by day, by week. Know exactly what your team produced, what's live, and what's selling.

Who is Capture by Superlister built for?
Capture Flex supports individual eBay sellers who want a more structured listing workflow. Pro, Business, and Enterprise add the volume, quality-control, permissions, reporting, and multi-account capabilities needed by resale teams, charity retailers, and larger operations.
How does the AI handle accuracy?
Accuracy is built into the way Capture works. The AI analyses every image, not just the first one, to build a complete understanding of the item. If something is unclear, it asks clarifying questions rather than guessing. It also follows your configured writing style and preferences and never invents details it cannot see.
Can we control what goes live and when?
Yes. You stay in control of your listings. Group approved listings into batches, set daily or weekly launch patterns, and choose exactly when your items go live on eBay.
What are Custom Fields and Box IDs?
Custom Fields let you track the information that matters to your operation. Box ID is one example — if you have 15–40 boxes of inventory, you can filter your entire listing list by a specific box. Fields can be made mandatory and can also be automatically populated using SKU patterns, helping your team stay organised and consistent.
Is Capture eBay-specific?
Yes — by design. Capture is purpose-built around eBay listing quality, workflows, and selling requirements. Support for additional marketplaces is planned.
Does Capture require any technical setup?
No. It is designed to be simple from day one. Log in, connect your eBay account, and start listing. There are no downloads or complicated configurations required.
Is technical experience required to use Capture?
No. Capture is designed to be simple and user-friendly, with no technical experience required. We also provide free onboarding and training calls to help you and your team get up and running quickly.
